The modem/router works great. Need to download the Netgear app. so you have full control of your system and can monitor who is accessing your intranet. Awesome feature.

Just purchase product and set it up by myself. Had a problem with gaining internet access. Had to call your customer service. I found it challenging understanding the verbal directions from your representative. Accent was hard to understand and a lot of background noise. Was able to connect to internet. Had to call back to connect my iphones and ipads. Finally got connected and works fine.

Bought to end rental fees through my cable network provider. Works perfect, coverage is great and speed is noticeably faster than the modem/router they provided. Highly recommended.
