Failed right after warranty expired!

Length of ownership:1 year or longer
Bought two of these for both of my homes, we use them for 9 months out of a year at one home and the other 3 at another home. The home that used it for 9 months failed after 13 months! Darn that's expensive, should of just rented one from Comcast for that price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It failed after less than a year and Netgear would not accept it in for warranty due to "they could not troubleshoot it while in place" Stay away from anything Netgear.

I have a family of 6 and we do not have cable tv. Meaning we stream everything from sports to barbie dream house. This piece of equipment will handle all that and online gaming with no problem. Good job netgear.

Easy setup, great WiFi throughout my house and it’s about 2700 sf. I would recommend it, if you’re looking to upgrade then this would be the one.
