I purchased this because I got tired of paying the cable company monthly rental fee. This was very easy to hook up even for me who doesn't know anything about this stuff. I'm glad I purchased this. Great price too.

Decent but slow upload speeds

This router is ok. Very straightforward to use, but it's annoying that you effectively have to download the Nighthawk app to configure it. I have a wired connection to my computer and the upload speeds I get with this device are only 25 MB/s when I should be getting more like 100 MB/s
