Modem with a problem

Modem has an issue, it would not allow me to even login to its homepage to set it up for my ISP

Bought this to replace the Comcast rented modem. There was some initial problems getting online (Comcast? User error?) but once connected, speeds and coverage increased dramatically. Glad I chose it.

Using with xfinity

It works great out of the box. It was easy to setup and I didn’t have any issues with xfinity. The only reason why it didnt get 5 stars is because every once in a while I have to restart the modem. Once it powers down for a minute and starts back up Everything works wonderfully. At any point there are three phones and two computer connected to it. The wireless works really well throughout most of my house. I have an extension on the back of the house and the signal is a little weak. To be fair it is going through several walls and then an exterior brick and mortar wall. I wouldn’t expect any less.

Significant Upgrade

Traded out of the Xfinity modem-router a few years ago. Just upgraded the replacement with the Nighthawk. Very pleased. The multiple channels have provided better speeds across the board for all the users in my home.
