Difficult to setup

The Nighthawk router gives improved reception but it was difficult to setup. We had to call Spectrum our TV and internet supplier to assist and we still have to setup our photo viewer. The complete directions to add all of our household items that require on line hook ups.

Intermediate service, dropping Wi-Fi

The modem will connect on and off as well as the Wi-Fi dropping any signal within 10 minutes of logging in

Very easy set up.

Easy to setup, but bottlenecks connection.

This was intuitive to setup, however, my normal 500-600 mbps connection was only getting 50-60 mbps.
