It took no time to set it up and is as fast as promised. The computer interface is easy to use and offers many different ways to set up your home and guest options. Great value.

Great modem router

I recently upgraded my internet speed and needed a new modem to handle that could handle the fast connection. I did a lot of research and a lot of people liked this product so I gave it a shot. I love it it’s extremely fast and I like that I can control different devices on their app. I also like that it’s compatible with xfinty internet so I don’t have to pay their monthly rental fee.

My family has always trusted Netgear for our hone! Earlier this year we were given a different brand of router, and our Internet struggles were frustrating us. Bought our Nighthawk....BOOM!!! NIGHT AND DAY!!!

Unsatisfactory Tech Support

I bout the Nighthawk AC1900 in hopes of improving my wireless speeds as my kids are now conducting classes on line. I connected the modem router correctly - contacted my ISP provider to provide the MAC address and after 5 tries to finally get the modem router to be “seen” by Spectrum got it connected. Ran a few speed tests and experienced speeds WORSE than my old hardware. Called tech support - on hold for approx 2 hrs 45 minutes and finally got a tech on the call. He was very difficult to understand his speaking and 15 minutes into the call somehow got disconnected. He had my number and never heard back form him. I called back only to be number 34 in the queue and decided to just reconnect my old hardware. I’m very tempted to just send back and find another solution.

Aesthetically a very sleek modem router. It works well and the router site allowed for customizing the connection to enhance speed and minimize interference.
