Easy setup

It was an easy setup for Xfinity. Appreciate that. Been using it for three weeks now. Works well in general, though a couple of time it lost internet connection and I had to reboot it. Which resolved itself really fast. But need to see why it needs that reboot. Maybe a firmware upgrade...Need to find out.

great replacement for xfinity modem

Works with Chromecast Ultra!

This product replaced my Spectrum UBEE E31U2V1 Modem and RAC2V1A Arris Wave 2 Router combo. I have 400 Mbps service and the speeds of the Netgear Nighthawk Dual-Band AC1900 are almost identical to the Spectrum supplied equipment. The biggest difference is that the Spectrum equipment (WiFi) would absolutely not work with Google Chromecast Ultra where the Netgear works flawlessly with the default settings.
On my WiFi network I have the Chromecast, PC with a Netgear AC1900 WiFi card, Ring video doorbell 2. Ring floodlight (both on 2.4GHz only), iPad, Hue lighting, Lutron dimmers, Lennox iComfort thermostat, a Samsung refrigerator, and a HP laptop. All remote devices are easily controlled from a iPhone 7 and an iPhone 10 on 5GHz.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great High Speed Coverage

This modem/router work great! We have a large house, several televisions, laptops, Alexas and phones. We are getting fantastic coverage, without any of buffering issues we used to have. I would highly recommend it.
