Get saved my marriage

Not only is this thing super fast and reliable but it’s saved my marriage, how do you say, that well let me tell you it provides fast reliable Internet coverage to our entire home so that she can go to any room in our home and not have to hear me snore as I watch my favorite streaming TV channels. I recommend this for anyone that values life and their marriage. It’s Wife approved which is saying a lot!!!

Just what we needed

Purchased this when we switched to a much faster service. So glad we did. When Covid hit and we both started working from home we had no issues. Two VPNs and Zoom conferences all day with no interruptions or freezing. Great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs one or two more Ethernet ports.

We just switched from the base 25mbps with Frontier, to a 300mbps plan with Altice one/Optimum.
Setup was quick and easy using the app.
I checked my speed a few times over the first 48 hours and am getting an average of close to 270mbps.
The unit is quiet, and sleek looking. However, the one we were renting, that was included with our last IP, had SEVEN ethernet ports on the back.

The unit is quiet, and sleek looking. However, the one we were renting, that was included with our last IP, had SEVEN ethernet ports on the back.
Who knows if I'd ever even USE seven ports. It's only my PC, T.V., Playstation plugged in direct so far. But in the future, if I have devices I want to add to it, I'll only have the two ports left.
Not a complaint really, just an observation. All in all, so far we're liking it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big Improvement

I upgrade a six year old Netgear cable modem. The new modem was very easy to set up and get online. We are seeing better coverage throughout the house and faster speeds. Spectrum tech support found the device without any issues and was able to re-connect our internet service without any difficulty. (The wait took longer than the actural service.) My only real complaint is the fact that all wifi devices in the house required manual re-sets. It would be a great improvement of the Netgear software would recognize the devices and allow device connection through the pc.

Upgrade from standard rental

Upgrading to this from a Fios rental was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. This modem handles multiple high bandwidth connections like a dream and I never have to worry about downloads ruining my connection speed anymore.
