It seems to work fine, although I have had two times where it glitches and I can’t connect. Also, it’s very difficult to try to access the modem to control the devices connected- still can’t gain access to it. That is one thing I loved about Xfinity modem.

Data all in one

Stability is what this is all about. Any modem will get your cable signal. Any router will sent out your data. However, c7000v2 able to do all that in consistent speed without need to restart. I have google smart home set up, 3 nest mini, 5 smart plugs, 12 smart bulbs, 4 Cameras, 2 wifi printers, 4 pc, 4 phones, 2 tablets and one Xbox. I have not once need to restart it or encounter any issue. So, I am not a techie or able to explain how it works, but if I can turn it on and forget about it, then, it is all I care.
