Slow

Since upgrading from the Cox provided router, the WIFI has been very slow. Most the games I play on computer or phone will not load. If using the phone I can shut off the WIFI and connect that way. This product was highly re to me by trusted people. Wondering if I am doing something wrong?

Very happy!! Works great, no more rental fees and great range for my house. Note: I couldn’t get good speeds at first and spectrum couldn’t figure out why so I tried removing the cable line from my battery backup and ran it straight from the wall..and presto up and running at max speed since. So apparently it’s not fond of running through battery backups.
