Very pleased with this purchase! Setup was easy, once it got activated remotely by Xfinity. One of the side benefits has been the phone app with utilities. Very handy! Good, quality product, highly recommend!

Always liked Netgear. I had an outdated 2 piece cable modem and Netgear v1700 router. Because of the age of the units they had slowed down in speed. I stepped up to the combo cable modem/router unit C7000v2 and it greatly improved my Internet speed. Thanks for a good product,

Wow...impressive upgrade!

I had no issues with the Netgear modem and router (separate units) that I recently replaced. Performance was more than adequate for my Comcast 200Mbps account. But recently I decided it was time for an upgrade. After reading many reviews covering a variety of manufacturers and models of a modem/router combo, I locked in on the Nighthawk C7000v2. And wow...what a noticeable difference in signal strength. I was able to eliminate my Powerline 1000 extender in an adjacent room. Setup was very easy, and I had all my devices interfaced in no time. I have already recommended this unit to a friend who was tired of paying a monthly rental fee for their Comcast modem/router, and will continue to recommend Netgear products. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience!
