Easy to setup and use. Provides great coverage for my entire house. I’ve placed it on the first floor and it still reaches to each end of the house as well as upstairs. 1800 sq ft on bottom floor.

Sine i have added the netgear nighthawk the wifi has been outstanding. And I have total control over the wifi to shut kids off and turn the wifi back on when needed.

The router/modem seems just like the ones I rented, but the app and advice on Access Control that came free with it solved two problems that had plagued us for months! Thank you! Good documentation is so valuable for any device. If the same written documentation had been included, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a fine modem/router but proved very difficult to link to my Xfinity signal. It required multiple visits to the sites of both companies. When finally set up, it has provided fast and reliable service and covers my entire 1100 square foot condo with out a signal booster.
