This modem is a good working unit after spending all that time on the internet unlocking/as well as COX clearing the use of this so called modem ,stait up a bunch of crap other the that it works well.

Replaced the Xfinity gateway

Purchased due to existing router/modem failure. figured I would try to install myself. Followed directions and within an hour had it running. I am not even close to being techie! great product.

The Nighthawk we bought was up and running in minutes. Via the Nighthawk app on my phone I had all the WiFi address names changed and passwords updated quickly. The signal is strong across both the 2.4 and 5G bands. We are very pleased with this purchase.
