I had been looking for a reliable modem router combo since the start of the pandemic as the various activities from home( work , school, entertainment etc ) need a lot of bandwidth. The cm7000v2 perfectly satisfies the criteria. The nighthawk app is an excellent tool towards tweaking the settings if you are interested

I really love this modem and it is very easy to set up. I added a 4 year warranty and I hope it lasts much longer than my previous modem. The only bad thing was that they were not able to help me with my issue and I had to repurchase it again. If this were to happen again, then I would never purchase another Netgear modem.
