Setup, customer service great

I found the set up of the modem-router seamless. It also initialized very quickly. Instructions to name specific channels through app were easy to follow. I also had an excellent tech support person who had great patience while she had me sign on more than one device to make sure everything was working. Great experience, since we’ve all heard stories of ineffective tech support.

Registering and connecting the router is very easy with Netgear customer service. They are friendly and even did a follow up call. The router speed is fast. I am very happy with this purchase.

After much research, I chose the net gear nighthawk router. The speed an mbps this offers was absolutely the right choice for my home. I would recommend this due to a sleek, thin design., plus the boost received for my network.

Best Investment!!!

I never thought of buying my own modem due to my inexperience in these type of stuff. I was doing some research after hearing from a friend that had one and I cannot be happier. This modem/Router works flawlessly and will save you from having to pay extra fees to rent one from your cable/Internet provider!
