Wish I could update

This cable modem works fine. However there has been a firmware update and I’d really like to install it. The problem is Netgear is unable to do it. It has to be done through my cable provider. Unfortunately my cable provider won’t update it because I am not renting it from them. I own it. So I am stuck.

Perfect router for my new place! I set it up all on my own and it was easy! Love the app because it walked me through the entire process of setting it up. The app also allows me to see what devices are connected to my WiFi. Great range and fast too!

Very frustrating setup. Working out the kinks to get working internet took a long time. Hours on the phone with netgear tech support. Once it was all sorted, however, it works well.
