My old NETGEAR equipment needed updating so I went with a brand I can trust!! The unit was easy to install and and works flawlessly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced modem/router comb.

The wifi connection to devices in my home improved greatly once we switched to the Nighthawk AC1900 Modem/Router. The family can now use personal electronic devices in every room bc of increased range. Status of security system, external cameras, garage door opener no longer drops offline. I highly recommend the Nighthawk AC1900 Cable Modem/Router.

Mobile App Needs Improvement

The mobile app was apparently down the entire time but instead of the rep checking into any ongoing issues first, he instructed me to hard reset the cable modem and i lost all my configurations that took hours to set up. It was also a little difficult to understand the rep with his thick accent. And my issue has yet to be resolved.

Better than my last

This modem and router combo has definitely proved to be better than the previous device. We have more consistent connection to the internet with less interruptions. The signal strength is strong, it reaches throughout the house and into the yard. It provides great speed to run our household of devices. We have been very impressed with the quality of internet this device provides to our family of device users.
