cannot get in to add security package

I have called Netgear several times. I am unable to open my account to add the security package. A couple of your reps have tried to help, but when I tried to rest my password, I do not get a return email with instructions on recovery. I also end up with a rep who does not speak English clearly making it very difficult.

Amazing Modem Router

I bought a surfboard modem router and man did it fall through the cracks not being able to meet the demands of the house hold. Switched upgraded to this modem router what a world of difference! Never drops any WiFi on top of the range is perfect! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Love my new modem plus router!

Netgear Nighthawk Review

The router makes for a good replacement for rental modems from cable providers. There seems to be no cut outs of service requiring me to reset the modem. What I would prefer is if the app had more functionality. Such as renaming devices that you can pause or unpause. Other than that it’s a good cable modem.
