Not what i expected

Device can’t handle multiple tasks from the same device on wireless. Seems to slow or stop the task while your current one is downloading. Would not recommend if you need to multitask unless you hardwire your device.

Easy to install. Had a little trouble setting up admin info but tech support was able to help me out. Over all no issues as of yet, and now I don’t have to pay Xfinity a fee to lease their modem

Internet is finally working

Internet is finally working. I have spectrum, it continuously went down almost every single day. I found to be extremely frustrating especially these days with children doing school online and working from home. First I replaced the router with the Netgear mesh system it improved my Internet so much that I’ve bought the modem. With this change I went from dropped Internet 3 to 4 times a day to no drops over the last week which is amazing! I recommend the Netgear modem/router to anyone that has spectrum. I am finally getting the speeds I’ve been paying for almost a year now. I will admit I’m not a very tech savvy person, so I also reached out to Netgear’s customer service, they were amazing and friendly people. Incredible product backed by spectacular customer service.
