What you need

Reasonably priced router and modem combo. Save the hassle of getting two separate products. All you need is a coaxial cord and you will be good to go (comes in the box). The instructions are very easy to follow, and a week in the internet has performed as expected (fast, no issues!). 1400 sq foot condo.

Easiest to set up ever

I purchased this not sure of what i was doing. Once i took it out of box it was easy to set up. Having it actives took no time st all. I am not a technical person but this was easy even for me. I would highly recommend this unit.
