So far devices run smoothly. Had some trouble with integrating my xfinity x1 box. Buy after rebooting, seems to work well.

Overall works well with easy installation. I pay for 400 mbps from xfinity and get about 250mbps download speed from about 10 feet away. You may need a WiFi extender for further distances.
