Heck of an Upgrade

I’m grateful that I made the switch from getting out of a rental modem from my cable provider. They insisted that it could handle the speed I paid for. They were wrong and my connection was unstable and the modem cut off all the time. The Netgear I purchased is amazing. The app is easy to work. The speeds and stability have been amazing. I’m really happy I decided to upgrade. Thanks for a great product. I’m impressed

New modem

Very happy with this modem, easy to set up. Thought I had an issue and the support staff was excellent in finding out it was on the providers end. The modem is located in my shop about 30’ from the house and I have no problem receiving the WiFi signal. Very happy with my purchase, this is my second modem from Netgear and highly recommend this equipment.

Failed After Six Days

Netgear Tech Support asked me to return the modem/router after just six days. I like Netgear products, and this disappointed me.

I was looking for a modem-router that was dependendable at a reasonable price. I bought the NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router and am very pleased.
