After two fails with another manufacturer's cheaper wall oven, we bought a Cosmo. It arrived very securely packed, was easy to install, and we love it. The instruction manual is poorly worded but that's normal now days. The oven is well designed and engineered. It heats quickly and maintains an accurate oven temp. The temp stops flashing when the oven has preheated. Light stays on while in operation. It comes with two wire racks plus a third pan to catch drips. We absolutely love the slider bracket which can be easily used with one of the wire racks for heavier or larger items! Genius! Makes it so much easier to be able to slide items in and out of the oven. The heating element in the bottom is completely covered, making it very easy to wipe up drips or spills. A very nice product!

This is a great product for the money. It is a bit difficult to learn how to use and I still have not figured out how to reset the clock after a power shortage, but once you figure out how to use it, it works great. I love the multiple rack positions in the oven
