Not quite what I was hoping it would be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design behind it is good however it didn't live up to my expectations. The suction was ok. The handheld part that I was excited to try on furniture, stairs, etc just wasn't cut out for the jobs that I tested it on. Also it just felt cheaply made. For a single person without pets, I think it would be ok. For a family with pets, it's just not cut out for the job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light and easy to maneuver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vaccuum is super lightweight and slim. I really like that I can use the floor attachment when using on the floor or the stick attachment when I need to clean a desk, drawer or get some cobwebs out the corner. You can add the long stick handle for added length, or remove it when you want more control for using it in the small handheld style. A couple things to note, I wouldn't recommend this if you have high pile carpets/area rugs. It is better suited for low pile and hardwood. Also the floor attachment is kind of a pain to take off, despite pushing the button it requires a little bit of tugging, but I wouldn't consider that a deal breaker. As for the canister it does have one of those little tiny filters that will need to be changed over time. Overall good lightweight vaccuum and good for quick cleaning.

Very lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty powerful little vacuum. I'm very impressed. It is lightweight and perfect for stairs and rugs. I have two cats and two dogs and this little machine had no problem tackling the hair on the floor. Would recommend.

Great handheld vacuum, middling stick vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really two products in one, a hand vacuum and a stick vacuum. As a hand vacuum, it's great and I highly recommend it. As a stick vacuum it's merely okay, and I only sort of recommend it. First of all very minor complaint but I really dislike how the vacuum doesn't have a compartment to store the one attachment piece (that extends the reach of the hand vacuum). Annoying, there are several places where they could have put a hook/slot. But again, not a huge issue. I'm very happy with this thing when in handheld mode. The suction is good, it handles all kinds of messes including pet fur. Emptying the debris chamber is easy, though it feels a bit small. But again, really effective little hand vacuum. I'm less enthusiastic about *Sticko Mode* (I'm sorry). First of all the handle/bottom rolling piece don't click on/come off easily, you kind of have to fiddle with them which is irritating. But once you're rolling, this is very literally just a glorified hand vacuum. The rollers feel CHEAP, they make a clunky plastic noise on my hardwood floors almost like you're pushing around a lousy toy car. I will say, I do like the size, it's small enough to easily get under my bed/couch which my normal vacuum struggles with. But the small size is also an issue, this thing doesn't feel durable, I do worry that I'll bump into a wall too hard and it'll just break. Also, the small chamber feels even smaller when using it as a stick vacuum, and the power cord feels just a bit too short in my opinion (which again, isn't really noticeable in handheld mode). So overall, I can emphatically recommend this thing...if you mainly use it as a handheld vac. If you're expecting a true 2-in-1 experience, I think you'll be disappointed. The stick mode is leagues worse and just not as useful as it could be. I have higher expectations for Bissell and while this thing has its advantages, I just think they need to rethink the design to improve stick mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on mostly hardwood floors and some small rugs. It worked very well and is extremely lightweight. It is easy to put together and come apart to use as a handheld or the vacuum. I wish there was a space for the extension to be attached to vacuum (the small gray piece when it is in handheld form). That would make it 5 stars. I did receive this item free for my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum had good suction and is very light, would make a great vacuum for an apartment or condo. I have 2 large dogs and a messy toddler. While the vacuum did the job it took twice as long to clean up, oppose to my full size vacuum.
