[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my shark steamer! Just did a kitchen renovation and put in slate floors it did an awesome job cleaning them. Love the spot steamer option too. I would recommend buying one. The guy who put in the tiles liked it to and bought one too.

Sparkling Clean Floors with Minimal Effort

This steam mop works great and makes cleaning quick and easy. It heats up fast, removes tough spots with very little effort, and leaves my floors looking clean and fresh. It’s a lightweight, easy to maneuver and I love that it cleans without using harsh chemicals. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

This is my 6th Shark Vacuum. I love this! It's my favorite yet! Love how it is 3 in one. I needed something to vacuum under bed. This is super easy and very powerful suction! Love love love it!!

Improved floor steamer!

Since I had a shark for about 10 years, I was already aware of the durability. When someone in my household misused the shark, it stopped working. I knew immediately to look for another shark floor steamer. My husband told me he thinks it is improved! Great Steamer!

Great mop when it works

I've owned two of these mops. The first lasted 6 months before it stopped heating the water and pumping it through to the mop head. While it worked it worked very well. I suspected I just got "a lemon" and purchased another one. That is the current one I own now. I've had it for about 5 years. I don't use it constantly, but maybe 2-3 times per month. This second mop is now not working. Same problem, won't heat or pump the hot water to the mop head. So these mops work very well, but DO NOT last very long. I won't be purchasing again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My only concern would have a bigger water tank as I had to refill it a few few times to do my floor, but that really is not a big deal. Plus, I have to order more pads since it only comes two but also not a big deal.
