Small chips on outside of saucepan after first use. I used it carefully, normally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is very durable and unlike other pots they are nonstick which can be very helpful for some new too cooking like myself. Easy to clean for my kids when they do chores. Great product I even purchased at set as a gift to my sister. IM happy with this product.

Pans purchased for me as a Christmas gift 2 years ago. The coating on them has already started to heal and pit and the pans do not cook evenly.

Awful product do NOT buy

I bought this in March of 2025 I have 7 months with this set and I had really high expectations. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. Everything sticks to the pots and pans, they turned dark inside. I don’t seem to find what I could be doing wrong if the use is what had caused the problem. I hand wash them, no Clorox just soap and water and they are awful. For the price I feel I was ripped off. There are cheaper sets with better prices out there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a rule I love anything Ninja. The pans are terrible. After the first year the nonstick coating started bubbling and coming off into the food. It came with utensils that I used along with my wooden ones. One by one I gradually had to throw away the pans.

Beware these are not dishwasher safe!

These are definitely not dishwasher safe as they state they are! This is my second replacement and you can just tell how damaged they are from being loaded in the dishwasher. I bought them specifically because they we're allegedly dishwasher safe. You can just see the coding deteriorate in the pictures.

Great product

I've had these pans for 3 years now and love them. Will be getting another set as these are starting to finally wear. I use them on a daily basis. As washed in the dishwasher. Never had a problem. Have use on gas and electric stoves. Love ninja products.
