I have only had shark vacuums and I love them. Can’t give a 5 because I expected more swivel and disappointed no light on the handheld part of the unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost Perfect

To stand on its own in the middle of the room would make it a 5 star.
A few suggestions: Use the Rotator Lift Away cord on all of your vacuums! More flexible and
doesn't stand up to trip you! Also keep the hose sizes uniform on all of your vacuums so that
accessories are interchangeable! I own both vacuums and the accessories on the lift away are
far better and more usable to larger than the stick vac pipes.

I really like the ability of the vacuum to be flexible and get in hard to reach spaces more efficiently.
I also like how easy it it turns into a handheld vacuum. If I were to change anything it would be moving the cord.
The motor and cord come out of the top of the vacuum making it top heavy and kind of awkward.
I think moving it would make this machine go from a 4 star to a 5 star product.

Quality does not match previous older model.

Purchased this after having one for 10 years, new one quality is not like first one. All plastic and release button is very hard to operate and take hand vac on and off to use. Happy with suction and sweeping ability and lightness of sweeper.

Super powerful. This is my third one of this type. I just don't like that you have to take the vacuum motor off to hang on the pole to make it stand. Kinda inconvenient when you're vacuuming and just want to have it stand up as you need. I lean it on something then have to make sure it doesn't fall because it top heavy. The other two stood up no problem. But all in all, it's a powerful vacuum. I vacuumed a living room rug 6times and it kept sucking up powdering dirt, you never see because it's so embedded on the bottom of the fibers. I really love all shark vacuums, I've used and used and worn out about 6. I love getting my new one to see the improved technologies. Light weight and easy to maneuver around

Picks up hair and does a great job cleaning. Light weight. Vesicle. But overheats very fast and I have to clean the house in shifts.

Good suction, but harsh resistance on carpet pushing the vacuum forward.

Overall a nice vacuum.

I love this vacuum for its power. I had no idea how dirty my carpets were! I don't even mind the small collectiion receptor, which I have to empty often. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. However, what I don't like is that I can only do 1 room before I have to stop because it overheats, so it takes me a couple hours to clean my 1100 sq ft house.
