I had the older version for six years and used it just about every day. The battery was wearing down so I got the new version -- WOW -- it is so much more powerful. It looks very similar except the "motor" portion is a little larger. The suction is so much better as well as the illumination. It is as quiet too. Happy customer!!
I’ve had this mop for 3 years now. I love it! I use the vacuum feature mostly. Sometime I use the mop if the spill is fresh. It won’t work as great on spills that are older and dried up. But either way I love it. I also use this in my travel trailer. It’s perfect for that because I do use the mop feature in my trailer. I can’t wait until it breaks so I can upgrade to the new model!
This isva replacement mop. Bought one about 4 years ago, and battery died. New model only lasts 10 minutes per directions. Old unit lasted around 30 -40 minutes.
Disappointing

Hi there,
Thanks for taking time to leave your review.
We're sorry to hear that the runtime of your replacement Shark VacMop has been disappointing compared with your previous unit. We understand how noticeable that difference can feel when you're accustomed to longer cleaning sessions. You are correct, this unit provides up to 10 minutes of continuous vacuuming on a full charge. To help maintain battery performance, we recommend fully charging the unit before first use and after each cleaning session, allowing approximately 4 hours for a complete charge, and storing and charging the unit indoors within the recommended temperature range. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as comments like yours help us understand where we can improve. If you need any assistance, please reach out to our team via the link below.
The only mop you need! We use it to mop our home and the suction for occasional missed dirt is great. The spray function is wonderful - in terms that you can control what you put on your floors. Also the cordless option is top tier, I do not charge it that often either, maybe every 3 months.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this Shark VACMOP! It is super lightweight, has incredible suction power (better than my actual vacuum), and mops! This has been perfect for quick mudroom/entry and kitchen area clean-ups as it sucks up all the dirt/crumbs (even sucks up everything all the way under the corners of the cabinets) and then a quick spray mop cleans up any sticky messes and dries quickly afterwards. The battery life is great and the charging cord is not clunky or cumbersome at all. Would highly recommend for the hard surface areas of your home!
Mine broke within a year. The battery life was fine but it actually cracked and broke making it unusable. It was right after the warranty ended. Loved it when it worked! Not sure if its worth replacing if another is just going to break as well. Make a better quality product so customers dont look elsewhere

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We’re devastated to hear that your unit cracked and became unusable so soon after the warranty ended, that’s understandably frustrating, especially when you’d been enjoying it up until that point. Your feedback regarding product durability is very important to us, and we’ll be sure to share your comments with our product team. While your warranty has ended, we’d still recommend reaching out to our support team to see if there may be any options available to assist you.
I bought VacMop and have used it a few times now and am not impressed. The disposable pads are bulky, have a plastic shelf on them, and constantly flip over in half while you are trying to clean. It is not efficient for cleaning large areas. Maybe this would be useful for an RV but not for a house. There is no dustbin for the vacuum part - it just goes under the plastic piece on the pad and in a small cubby the size of a dollar coin. Kinda hard to clean out. Save your money and invest in something better than this, or cheaper and just go with a Swiffer mop.

Hi Katy,
Thank you for your feedback. It’s easy to see why this hasn’t met your expectations. Dealing with pads that flip or feel bulky, along with limited debris collection, can make cleaning feel more difficult rather than convenient, especially when trying to cover larger areas. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this detailed feedback, as it helps highlight where the experience can fall short in real‑world use and where improvements matter most.
