I bought this sharp mopvac only three months ago and a month into it not even a full month into having it. It started leaking from where the body connects to the flat mop and VAC surface not happy with it at all . I was so excited to purchase it, I moved into a new place. Bought that because I have tile throughout my hole living quarters and not even a month in to owning it , the mop vac started leaking so every time I try to use the vacuum part of it liquid leaks out. I’ve always liked shark brand household products, so this was very much a disappointment
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The shark is not charging. It starts charging for 2-3 min and then stops. How can I exchange or return?

This cordless vacmop has become my favorite household device. Easily combines what used to be to separates chores into one, and it’s so easy to clean afterwards, especially with the dock and self clean function. It has made cleaning the house so much more enjoyable and the area rug feature has been so nice. Being able to clean them weekly with three pets has cut down on so many odors and the amount of hair in the household.

I was given the Shark VacMop as a gift from my daughter when we installed new hardwood floors. What a great invention! It's like a Dustbuster on a stick that also wet mops. So I bought a second one for my craft room. I recently bought one for my sister-in-law and she is in LOVE with her Shark VacMop. I think the Shark VacMop has become a family thing for us. This handy unit, with a head light , sucks up the tiniest bits of stuff on the floor and wet mops with the perfect amount of wetness. Five out of five stars Shark!

SO much better than the older version.

I had the older version for six years and used it just about every day. The battery was wearing down so I got the new version -- WOW -- it is so much more powerful. It looks very similar except the "motor" portion is a little larger. The suction is so much better as well as the illumination. It is as quiet too. Happy customer!!

I’ve had this mop for 3 years now. I love it! I use the vacuum feature mostly. Sometime I use the mop if the spill is fresh. It won’t work as great on spills that are older and dried up. But either way I love it. I also use this in my travel trailer. It’s perfect for that because I do use the mop feature in my trailer. I can’t wait until it breaks so I can upgrade to the new model!
