Quick and easy to use

I've had this product about two weeks. It has been used at least 4 times by myself and two other family members. The consensus is that it's under powered. I don't necessarily consider this a problem since my intended usage is as a powered broom. I do use it on both hard floors and rugs. I have two Shark Rotator Professional that I've used for years and think very highly of. So took a chance on this one because I wanted a cordless that could do quick cleanup. Which it does. It operates as advertised. I can't give it 5 stars however.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good not great

Nice machine but was hoping for a little more power.Also could use a few more accessories. I replaced this from my Dyson out size . I was not really impressed by the booster trigger either. It had good reviews and people were saying it had good power , well I guess everyone has an opinion.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect size!

Small cleanups are easier to clean now because we’re not lugging out the massive vacuum every time there is a small snack spill. I love the portability of it and that it allows everyone in the family to help out!

Another Shark Win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must start by saying I LOVE Shark products! So I was sooo excited to try this vacuum. This was a solid unit. I loved how it sensed when I was on carpet or bare floor, as well as the cordless. I've never had a cordless before so this was a huge win! Main issue was the dust cup was a bit on the smaller size, plus using it in handheld mode wasn't as user friendly as previous Shark vacuums. As long as you don't want it for the handheld, this vacuum will be for you.

Motor died after 2 months

I bought this vacuum 2 months ago. Used it mainly for my hardwood floors. I have dogs and lots of hair and dirt and now the motor is burnt out. Of course, I wasn't smart enough to save my receipt. So I don't have proof or purchase, but I would not recommend this vacuum in the future.

I love my Shark products!

Prior to using Shark I had owned higher priced vacuum cleaners. Over 20 years ago, I purchased my first Shark vacuum. Since that time I have never had anything but Shark products. I will never purchase anything but a Shark. It is priced well, light weight, excellent suction, and moves itself easily from floor to carpet. In all these years I have only had to replace ONE vacuum. I have added 3 new vacuums for the convenience of having them easily accessible in multiple rooms, a Shark steam mop, and 2 Shark robots.
