Don't buy this model

I bought thinking it was great because it was Dlx. Well hair wraps around the motor and you can't get to it to clean it resulting in a vacuum that no longer works. Foolishly I didn't register my product thinking it'd last longer than ONE YEAR and I was wrong. So I'm left with replacing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had some very expensive vacums,wasn't really ever happy with any of them.A friend suggested I try a Shark.Turns out,this is the best,easiest and lightest vac I have ever owned.Thanks for making a great product.

Just bought this yesterday and I am so pleased with it. I can get into spots my other bulky vaccum can’t. And the stuff it has picked up is amazing!!
