Strong suction

This vacuum has seriously strong suction—it picks up everything, even from carpets and tight corners. It makes cleaning feel effortless. The only downside is the price. It’s definitely an investment, but if you’re looking for power and performance, it delivers

It falls over if you try to stand it up and more

There are 2 things I don't like about the Rocket. First, the hair gets really bound up around the roller. I have to cut it off after each use. Second, the Rocket can not stand up on it's own. It falls over. You can store it by taking the motor part off and putting it on the hook which isn't bad but when you are using it the falling over part is bad. If you try to pick something up to vacuum, it can fall over. I always lay mine on the floor. Third, the filters get filled up fast which does mean it is picking stuff up. It does have good suction for a small vacuum and the price is fair. I would not buy one with out the anti hair wrap feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this vacuum. It is lightweight but not flimsy, it cleans easily and works well. It is also attractive and so much easier to get up and down the stairs than my old vacuum. I also like the detachable smaller, hand held vac.

I have a Shark Corded Stick Vacuum I purchased some years ago. This one was for my brother. He loves it! The ease of going around corners and the attachments are great. Worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hated it!!!

From the start I hated this machine! I’ve been a loyal shark customer for 20+ years. I have several shark products that have been fantastic! This vacuum I had expected to be another awesome purchase. It was so not!! Cheap materials, poor suction overall a piece of junk. After my first use I packed it up and returned the next day! I can’t express what a disappointment this was! Shark please discontinue this vacuum it is a deep mar on your product line!! Hate it! Beyond disappointing!

Recently purchased on Prime day. Plugged in and the LED lights in the lower brush assembly do not come on. I had registered the product and called the Warranty dept. They told me the lower brush assembly is not covered. I told him I just plugged it in. The 5 year warranty states nothing about the lower brush assembly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I sent it back. It does not stand up by itself I stub my toe running for it before it fell to the floor. If it keeps falling everything is going to break on it. Very poor design. Tha bucket for dirt is small. I only buy shark, this was a disappointment.
