Bought a month ago or less, pole falls off when I lift it up. But I have difficulty opening the Ben to dump trash.
Recently a home body I am not able to return it or I would.
Vacuums great on wood floor but not thin rugs.

I have been a Shark user for over 10 years. I do not believe in the cordless products specially for cleaning. Tried different brands and products, but nothing is the same as Shark I love my Shark

This is my second Shark vacuum of the same model in 10 years. I absolutely loved the first one, and this one is even better.

Roller stopped spinning. Go to open up the housing for the roller and discovered they used Torx screws EVERYWHERE????????????????????????????????????????
But wait they're not just standard Torx screws which I'm willing to bet 1 in 20 American household has the proper screwdriver for...NOPE...it's some weirdo Torx screw with a piece sticking out in the center. So not only do you need a Torx screwdriver, you need a Torx screw driver with a HOLLOWED OUT CENTER??????????????????????????????
But wait they're not just standard Torx screws which I'm willing to bet 1 in 20 American household has the proper screwdriver for...NOPE...it's some weirdo Torx screw with a piece sticking out in the center. Love this product, perfect for the few area rugs & stair runner I have! Cord is long enough to reach top of stairs, light enough to use easily (hubs used to have to hold the canister & follow me up the stairs :)) Great value if you don't want a battery...
