Roller stopped spinning. Go to open up the housing for the roller and discovered they used Torx screws EVERYWHERE????????????????????????????????????????
But wait they're not just standard Torx screws which I'm willing to bet 1 in 20 American household has the proper screwdriver for...NOPE...it's some weirdo Torx screw with a piece sticking out in the center. So not only do you need a Torx screwdriver, you need a Torx screw driver with a HOLLOWED OUT CENTER??????????????????????????????

Love this product, perfect for the stairs!

Love this product, perfect for the few area rugs & stair runner I have! Cord is long enough to reach top of stairs, light enough to use easily (hubs used to have to hold the canister & follow me up the stairs :)) Great value if you don't want a battery...

Unusually loud

I bought this a month and a half ago. I've used it three times. It is so loud that my ears actually hurt after using it and I'm concerned it may be damaging to my hearing. It's especially worse when using in a small space such as a bathroom or car. I'm disappointed because I do like how light, small and portable it is for the stairs, car etc. I'm going to return it as I don't want to have to wear earplugs each time I use the vacuum.

Just received the DLX Ultra-Lightweight Corded Stick Vacuum. Very happy with the vacuum also has a powerful suction. And customerservice was great.

POOR QUALITY AND MISSING ACCESSORIES

The quality of the product is not the same as i expected compared to the original one I did buy few years ago for exactly the same model.
The quality of the accessories is also poor, in front my original one
It did come with not NEEDED ACCESSORIES again compared to my original one.
I was disappointed to see the same NECK AT THE FOOT of the machine.
TERRIBLE THAT THIS HAS NOT IMPROVED by you DESPITE THE LARGE NUMBER OF BAD REVIEWS.
I DID REPAIR it by myself IN MY ORIGINAL MACHINE.
I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY QUALITY AND MISSING ACCESSORIES

The vacuum itself works really really well. Lightweight design. The only thing I have to complain about is the handheld vacuum part. Although it has attachments— which are great and helpful. The unit itself is a little heavy because of the motor of the vacuum is in it. All and all- I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I’m very happy with my decision.

Very happy with my rocket vacuum. It twists and turns to get hard to reach places. Saw it advertised on a t.v. Commercial, bought it right then when we saw all it did, and never regretted it.

this product vacuums perfectly. However, it cannot stand alone. Unless I prop it up on a wall, it falls to the floor. So annoying that I would return it but I was desperate for a vac and have kept it too long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
