Bought a month ago or less, pole falls off when I lift it up. But I have difficulty opening the Ben to dump trash.
Recently a home body I am not able to return it or I would.
Vacuums great on wood floor but not thin rugs.

I have been a Shark user for over 10 years. I do not believe in the cordless products specially for cleaning. Tried different brands and products, but nothing is the same as Shark I love my Shark
