powerful and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dogs and kids who run from the back yard and through the door into the kitchen, tracking in dirt, twigs and leaves along with them. My previous routine for keeping this area clean was sweeping with a traditional broom and then using a wet mop. This VacMop makes the whole process so much easier. The VacMop itself is cordless, lightweight and easy to maneuver around. It contains an area to pour in the cleaning solution and on the bottom you easily attach the disposable pad. It works exactly like a cordless vacuum to suck up all the dirt and debris on your hard floors, and then stores it all in a little compartment attached to the disposable pad. When you’re ready to mop, just press the yellow button on the top of the handle to release cleaning spray. It comes with a power charging cord to charge it back up when not in use, and I like that I don’t need to deal with replacing batteries.
My favorite thing about this is the suction power when using the vacuum feature. It really works well and it even picked up heavier items like pieces of dog food and leaves. I do wish however that the button to turn the vacuum on and off was a switch rather than needing to press down and hold the button the entire time you are sweeping. My other favorite thing is regarding the mopping feature. Instead of the bottle of cleaning solution needing to be inserted into the mop, like other similar devices, this cleaning solution is poured directly into the tank attached to the mop. Shark does make cleaning solution specifically for this product and recommends using it, although I like that I can use other floor cleaning solutions with this product if I’m out and need an alternative in a pinch. Overall, I’m really happy with the power & effectiveness this VacMop provides.

Great vacuum for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with the long duration of battery strength as it is cordless, the power of the suction is very good and works for me. Other reviews I read had concerns with the battery power length of charge and after using the vacuum, I had no reservations on battery strength. The unit kept working even after vacuuming a 20ft x 20ft living room, long hallway and into the kitchen without running out of power. The unit has not run out of battery anytime I have used it. A simple experiment I did was to sweep after using the vacuum and I had very little sand to clean up, it did a great job sucking up the dust bunnies in corners and under furniture. The only feature I do not use is the spot mopping capability as I mop the entire floor after vacuuming, so the spot mopping does not work for me. The replaceable dust pads are so easy to take off making clean up of what you have collected easy and safe. Installing the cleaning pads is as simple as setting the unit over the pad and pushing down. Really like the vacuum but not so much the mopping feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had swifers and off brand hard floor cleaners. This shark cleaner is by far the best I’ve had. The cordless feature is great and last a long time but the best option in my opinion is the vacuum on the front. It is strong and picks up all the remaining debris on your floor before cleaning it with the liquid. Easy to change pads on the bottom and very affordable. This is my second shark product and I will never go back to anything else.

Handy cleaning device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark VacMop is really a cool idea. You start with the dry messes you would normally sweep and get the messy, wet and sticky messes when you're ready to finish up. The VacMop mops really well but the vacuum doesn't get everything like kitty litter and sugar so it usually needs a good sweep afterwards. Works well for a quick cleanup. I dislike that the mop pads are not reusable that that is wasteful and unsustainable.

I don’t think I would have bought it because I was pretty happy with the way I was cleaning my tile and wood floors, but man was I missing out. This makes it super easy and takes less time. I’m loving this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark VACMOP Cordless Hard Floor Vacuum Mop doesn't do a very good job when vacuuming. If you have indoor pets this vacmop is not for you. This vacmop would be ok for light vacuuming. The mop part of the Shark vacmop works great. Putting the solution into the vacmop is easy. The pad on the bottom can be a little difficult to place. Charging this vacmop is easy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

And works right out of the box, actually when I was trying to get it out of the box I accidentally pressed the vacuum button and it started to go off when it still wasn't assembled yet. But to assemble, you just have to click the pole in two places very easy. The pad is easy to put on, you just place it on the floor with the blue side up and then place the vacuum on and it clicks into place. The instructions show how to do it. You only get two disposable pads and enough floor cleaner to fill up the chamber. It is easy to use, just press the vacuum button with is underneath the handle and it gets dirty pretty well. After you are done, press the spray button and wet the floor to mop it. It is great to have a vac/mop in one so you don't have to go between different floor cleaners. One and done. I also like that it is cordless when using. It does come with a charger so you can charge it. Overall great products, works well.

The Best. Hard Stop. Adios Swiffer.

I've used Swiffers for years and decided to try this unit. It is efficient, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and best of all leaves the floors clean and shiny. I use it three times a week during shedding season. Shark products have always been good for me. They last forever and the consistency is excellent; this vac is no exception. An excellent, excellent time-saver and value.
