The Bissell stick vacuum has exceeded all my expectations. The directions are easy to follow, the attachments are easy to use and remove, and the filter bag is easy to remove and replace. It has good suction on hardwood floors. I use it around my kitchen island daily. I tried it on my area rug. It did a fair job. It's great for quick touch-ups and the price is great! I do recommend cleaning the bag frequently- after each use. I plan to purchase extra filters as soon as they are back in stock. Customer service was very helpful. They informed me of the expected date.

Have tripped on the cord a couple of times if I do not remember to hold it up w/the handle. Wish to cord was about 20' instead of 15. Overall, very satisfied w/the product.
