I've owned three of these vacuums. The wheels on the previous 2 vacuums were rubber padded so they glided smoothly across the floor. The newer vacuum has plastic wheels, makes lots of noise, and scratches the floor. Ok on tile, maybe, but I wouldn't use it on a wood floor. Disappointed...the motor does not seem as powerful as the previous vacuum either.

Great for My RV

It's versatility to use in multiple ways and being so compact is one of the best things I have bought for our RV. On top of that when I had a problem with the first one I bought your Customer Support was one of the best I have seen in a long time. When I received this little vacuum, I love to it. My tile is so clean. Its not heavy and it is so simple. Anyone with tile floors, will be delighting.

I live in a very small space with multiple surfaces and needed something with power which I haven't found in the past with small stick vacuums. This one has plenty of power, easy to use the handivac feature and stores easily. The only complaint is that the cord could have been longer as I live in an older house with few outlets.

we have hardwood floors and with two long hair dogs it is so nice to be able to quickly clean up and not have to struggle with a heavy cleaner. well worth the money.

Great little thing

This thing is perfect on floors but not good on carpet. I used it to suck up hair on floors to quickly sweep up dust on hard floors. When it's filled up on hair I don't feel a loss of power

Becoming disenchanted!

Sorry, I wrote my review in the improper place, I guess. My review is one of dissatisfaction. Had 3 cleaners like this and each one gets worse and worse. First one was a delight. Second and third are losers. Never again!!! My comment is among the comment section in answer to a question about washing filters.. Had a BIG GREEN that had a short life. Great while it worked.

Love this vac. I bought 2 of these one for upstairs, another for downstairs. It is light weight which makes it easy to grab for daily floor cleaning, but the floor cleaning attachment is easily removed so I can use the vac as a hand held. I like being able to lift it and quickly clean walls and ceiling. Goodbye cobwebs! The crevice tool lets me make quick work of baseboards and HVAC vents. Because it is so light weight I can also vacuum the stairs, before I had to sweep them because I feared losing control of my old heavy vac. This is a terrific vac!
