[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to a new one and ❤️ It. Sorry I waited so long to do this. This new one has wonderful suction and it's so lightweight! So affordable I may get another one for upstairs
After the second defect in the same area, won't buy Bissel

This is my 2nd of these. Base gets forced into bottom of vac on usage & sticks up in there. On pulling off as gentle as possible, the same area broke off leaving plastic in the unlock/bag empty area. I can tape it but then can't empty. Shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife has a bad leg & this lightweight is great if she needs to use one, it works so good to be small love it. would recommend it for sure. Can't beat the price either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is essentially a handheld vac on a stick, but what a terrific cleaning tool! It is lightweight, and bends low enough that you can reach under the bed with it. If you have lower back pain, then get this vacuum so you wont have to bend over with a hand held! It does not have as much suction power as a heavy vacuum, but definitely enough for everyday maintenance. There's no dust bag, just a filter, and the debris is quick and easy to empty out. I bought 2 extra filters, but I don't think I will need to replace the original for months. My one complaint is that the attachment is tricky to remove. But I rarely use the crevasse tool, so it's not really an issue. PROs: lightweight, good if you have lower back pain inexpensive easy to empty debris/dust CONs: tough to remove the attachment
