[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great vacuum. My only criticism is wrapping the chord is more difficult than the older model. Also I wish the canister were see through so I can see when it's full. Bissell should also sell a replacement rubber strip for the bottom attachment. The rubber strip breaks and you have to get a whole new attachment. Just let us get a replacement rubber strip.

I would not buy this product again

I bought this today to use on carpeted stairs and discovered that it wasn't meant for that! It worked for a quick cleanup on wood floors, but it is not good on carpet or rugs. It's very lightweight, almost flimsy. I would not buy it again and I don't recommend it. Not good value for price paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
