Not sure says low voltage for charging, but it does. Cleaned contacts both sides so will see what happens,. Otherwise love it.

Certainly, there has been a learning curve as this is my first robot vacuum. Overall, I have been satisfied with the unit, and it is performing well.

The robot does a good job on cleaning the floors, but will eat any cord on the floor.

The best feature about the vacuum is that it has a low profile and gets under my furniture, is very quiet, and navigates quite easily. I previously owned a iRobot which cleaned very well and seemed to have picked up probably twice as much debris as the Eufy unfortunately.

We have 3 dogs and have owned 2 other robot vacuums that could not keep up. This vacuum is efficient, keeps up, is reliable, very smart and provides audible communication and notifications via the app when I am not home. We are very satisfied with our purchase
