This unit is extremely powerful and in a smaller size so it's easy for just one person to put in the window. It's got great features.

If this area has high traffic, a lot of windows, or items that produce heat (computers, appliances, etc.) then the air conditioner may struggle. A few quick tips to ensure optimal performance is to adjust the louvers to help air circulation as well as altering the settings and fan speed.
