Not bad but bad quality packing by manufacturer parts missing.

No template in box as stated in directions, one lag bolt missing, hard to put tv in place without someone else to help to put pins in. This being said the price was right and works perfect for my application.

This mount is fantastic! It is heavy-duty and has great range of motion. I had one problem but it wasn't the TV mount's fault. I needed to mount this right up against the corner of a wall, and the mounting holes on this mount were too far away from the edge of the mount to hit the corner stud. I had to drill three holes in the mount closer to the edge in order to be able to hit the stud in the corner. However, if you are mounting this in the middle of the wall (or anywhere other than the corner) then you probably won't have this problem.

We are using it to hold our 70 inch TV and it works exactly like you would want it to

Although I didn't mount the unit (my son did and is very talented in such things), he had no trouble doing so.We are using it to hold our 70 inch TV and it works exactly like you would want it to. Very pleased.
