We bought it for a 55" TV considering it is not priced as a "heavy duty" mount. We hired someone to mount it to the wall. It took him only about 40 mins to mount and conceal the cables. He was a big guy like at least 250lbs, and he was able to hang himself on the extension in addition to the TV. We were so surprised to see how strong this mount was especially considering the price. We also purchased a heavy duty version MI-374 for a 70" TV which of course had no problem at all with the stability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not great for 42 46 TVs

The mount is good quality, and was easy to install, and even has a built-in level. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the description didn't mention that if your TV is on the lower end of the size the mount accommodates, i.e 42 -46, the mount shows out on either side of the TV when in the flat position. so is a bit of an eyesore. We may take it down and have it trimmed by someone with a saw which cuts metal

Heavy duty, works great!! Very sturdy, I installed with all 6 provided 3\ lag bolts. Don't ever install something like this in drywall hangers!My Tv is a new 4K 55\" Samsung. It doesn't appear to have any verticals give

Amazing product! Holds my 65\ curved Samsung perfectly! Only negative thing is I had to cut the spacers in half as they were too long for the bolt to have an adequate hold. However
