Good Lights/Connection Issues

Installed 2- 100ft length of lights on my upper & lower parts of my home. They look great ,but now they seem to be offline & cannot control them to go off? They are just staying on & cycling though the various colors. Not sure why & hope I can resolve the issue. It was difficult & challenging to install them & will be so disappointed if after all the work of installing them, that they won't work? 🤔

They look great. Great quality lights i dud have an issue with one side at first but we git them work just takes patience

Easy to install and the app meme easy to program the lights and set the different modes. Also the house illumination is fenomenal.
