Handle Broke on first trip I took it on—returned it to the store. Before that tho the bag looks great, love the color, and how the zippers glide smoothly—lots of room too. But the lightness of the material used for the handle seems to be weak material. I wanted to love it but had to return it

The zipper came apart on the first use. It was not over packed yet where the zipper starts it pulled apart. I was able to get the zipper back Together but uncomfortable about it

My only recommendation is to have zippers close on same side as the side carrying handle. This would prevent potential damage to zippers or surfaces and accidental opening of compartments. Otherwise, appears good quality
