It is spacious and holds everything I need when going out of town. It has multiple pockets to keep everything organized. The wheels roll smoothly and help getting around. It is well made and durable.

Light-weight and well-built suitcase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This suitcase has enough room to pack everything you need for light travels. And if you'll roll your clothes you can probably squeeze a week worth of outfits. It seems to be durable and adds little to no weight to what you carry. It is expandable which is nice for when you plan on bringing items back from your destination. It has a few smaller compartments where you can neatly store specific items that you can easily retrieve for security check or when you need them. The wheels roll smoothly even on carpet and it can be turned sideways which makes rolling it down the aisle of an airplane very easy. I am really satisfied with this suitcase and hope it will hold up quality wise!

Glides wonderfully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This suitcase is lightweight, just about 7 lbs. Depending on the time of year and were you are heading, it can hold 1 day or up to 5. It glides so perfectly. It is carry on size. If you are driving, it won’t take up all the space in the trunk. Love it.

Solid 20" carry-on luggage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new American Tourister 20" Spinner Phenom LTE luggage. It is solidly constructed with quality materials. It is the perfect size for carry-on. With the attached wheels, the height is about 23.5 inches. The zippers slide smoothly and the wheels spin easily in any direction. It should be easy to push along in the airport. I look forward to using it soon.

I loved how the wheels were easy and smooth to push around. It's a bit bigger than I should have gotten but the room inside was great. Made well. Had to make an emergency trip and needed a larger suitcase and this really fit my need.

Back from 2 week trip to Spain with new case. Case seems sturdy and is reasonably light, but wheels were an issue. Case could not be wheeled upright like everyone else's case - it would irregularly and unpredictably track to one side or the other. The only way to roll it was to tip it onto two wheels and drag it. While it dragged reasonably well, that was more tiring than rolling upright as my companions were able to do with their bags (including cheaper and much older bags). I have inspected the wheels, and I could find no damage or obvious defect. I must assume it is a design error.
I intend to pursue repair or replacement through the warrenty process, but for now I am disappointed with the product.
