Issues After First Use

I bought the bag and used it to pack for a trip. After opening and closing the front zipper a few times the fabric started to fray/unravel at the zipper seam cause difficulty opening and closing

The wheels on this brand new suitcase are cheaply made. They do not allow the suitcase to stay balanced when items are in it. I have another of the same brand from years back, and do not have this issue. Wish they didn’t downgrade their quality of wheels.
