My favorite piece of luggage!

I love this carry-on luggage! The blue color is gorgeous and it has so much room to fit everything I needed for a four day trip. It’s the biggest carry-on I ever had, and it fit easily in the overhead bins on the airplane. Highly recommend!

Roomy inside - gliding wheels!

Just bought my suitcase last week and used it on a train trip this past weekend - mainly concerned about the mobility and it was excellent on this trip - very easy to move around! Thank you!!

Disappointed immediately

I used my new “Phenom LTE” luggage right away as a carry-on item. While wheeling it to security, I had trouble guiding it. Despite having 4 all-way wheels, it was hard to wheel unless rotated in a certain direction. Nothing was obstructing the wheels. Of more concern, the zippers on the exterior pocket were faulty; one of them would not zip past the first corner. I used the other zipper to open the pocket all the way, but when I arrived at my destination neither zipper would advance past the problem corner and it was a struggle to access my belongings. For a while I thought I would have to cut the pocket open with a knife! Not at all what I wanted to experience, especially with a brand-new suitcase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
