I used the suitcase on two flights and one of the two wheels came off of one corner. I contacted the manufacturer about purchasing a replacement (since airline damage isn’t covered) but never heard back.

Reasonably priced. Light, easy to move with. Good inner compartment. Zippers and wheels so far have worked well. Color is light blue and it got dirty the first time we checked it. Seems like this lighter color will show dirt.

I am very disappointed in this item. After only two uses there if a dent in the top near the handle. I attempted to contact the company but needed the UPC code which I no longer had. I did register my bag so there should be a record on that
