I really wanted to like this product, but the quality just isn’t there. The entire unit feels flimsy rather than solid, and that became obvious the moment I started loading files into it. I only filled about a third of the drawer, and the metal hanging-file rods bent so much that the folders actually touch the bottom of the drawer. That completely defeats the purpose of a filing cabinet.
On top of that, the drawers are sticky and don’t slide smoothly, which makes opening and closing them frustrating. Overall, the build quality is far below what I expected, and I can’t recommend this product for anyone who needs reliable, long-term storage.
